“For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with Vancouver Airport Authority (YVR), one of my longest-standing clients. When YVR approached me to create an evergreen recruitment video, they wanted something that would showcase the diverse career opportunities at the airport, as well as its vibrant culture, inclusivity, and sense of community.

Taking the lead on creative direction, we developed a concept that captured the energy and variety of roles at YVR while highlighting its fun and welcoming environment. Over six months with the YVR team, I managed most aspects of production—from camera operation and crew management, to completing all post-production, including editing and sound design.

The final video reflects YVR’s core values and serves as an engaging tool for attracting top talent, emphasizing the unique opportunities and culture that make YVR an exceptional place to work.”
